The Ticket to Work Self Sufficiency Program was created to provide Social Security Beneficiaries with disabilities more choices for receiving employment services, while providing increased support for individuals.

The new SSA guidelines provides extended period of healthcare, extended period of eligibility, trial work period, expedited reinstatement and many new incentives for people with disabilities.  Call or email us to find out how we can be of help to your career.

Crossing is registered by SSA as a Employment Network EN for assisting individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment.  Crossing provides Employment services, Training, Vocational Rehabilitation and Support Services.

PASS Program
Crossing will assist Individuals with disabilities in creating a Plan for Achieving Self Sufficiency (PASS). 

A PASS allows a person with a disability to set aside income and /or resources for a specific period of time to achieve a work goal. 

Example:  A person may set aside income and or resources for obtaining an education, job coaching or other support services, transportation, job related items or equipment to start a business.

Crossing can provide SSI/SSDI beneficiaries with Benefits Planning Referrals and Resources to return to work .
