Crossing assists California companies in acquiring Employment Training Panel Funds (ETP) at no cost to employers. The training can be customized to meet the needs of employers to improve productivity.

California companies such as yours contribute to ETP through a payroll tax that amounts to 7 dollars per employee per year. Studies show that for every 1 dollar ETP invests in retraining the return of productivity is 5 dollars

Crossing will provide customized training to improve employee's technical skills and to improve workplace performance. Crossing will handle all the administration contract compliance paperwork

Who is an Eligible Participant

Companies that pay State Unemployment Insurance are generally eligible eligible

There is no limit to the number of employees that a company can train but they must meet some minimum requirements

80% of the companies participating have been small businesses with fewer than 250 employees per firm

You are not limited to the types of training for your company employees
